1 ELB-BK: Jes. 20,1 In dem JahrJahr , da der Tartan¹ nach AsdodAsdod kam, als SargonSargon , der König von AssyrienAssyrien , ihn gesandt hatte, und er gegen AsdodAsdod kämpfte und es einnahm:	1 KJV: Isa. 20,1 In the year that Tartan came unto Ashdod, (when Sargon the king of Assyria sent him,) and fought against Ashdod, and took it;
2 ELB-BK: Jes. 20,2 in dieser ZeitZeit redete der HERR durch JesajaJesaja , den SohnSohn AmozAmoz ', und sprach: Geh und löse das SacktuchSacktuch von deinen LendenLenden und zieh deine SandalenSandalen von deinen Füßen. Und er tat so, ging nackt² und barfuß.	2 KJV: Isa. 20,2 At the same time spake the LORD by Isaiah the son of Amoz, saying, Go and loose the sackcloth from off thy loins, and put off thy shoe from thy foot. And he did so, walking naked and barefoot.¹
3 ELB-BK: Jes. 20,3 Und der HERR sprach: Wie mein KnechtKnecht JesajaJesaja nackt und barfuß gegangen ist, drei JahreJahre lang ein ZeichenZeichen und VorbildVorbild bezüglich Ägyptens und bezüglich Äthiopiens:	3 KJV: Isa. 20,3 And the LORD said, Like as my servant Isaiah hath walked naked and barefoot three years for a sign and wonder upon Egypt and upon Ethiopia;
4 ELB-BK: Jes. 20,4 so wird der König von AssyrienAssyrien die Gefangenen Ägyptens und die Weggeführten Äthiopiens wegtreiben, Jünglinge und Greise, nackt und barfuß und mit entblößtem Gesäß, zur Schande Ägyptens.	4 KJV: Isa. 20,4 So shall the king of Assyria lead away the Egyptians prisoners, and the Ethiopians captives, young and old, naked and barefoot, even with their buttocks uncovered, to the shame of Egypt.²³
5 ELB-BK: Jes. 20,5 Und sie werden bestürzt und beschämt sein wegen Äthiopiens, ihrer ZuversichtZuversicht , und wegen Ägyptens, ihres Ruhmes.	5 KJV: Isa. 20,5 And they shall be afraid and ashamed of Ethiopia their expectation, and of Egypt their glory.
6 ELB-BK: Jes. 20,6 Und die Bewohner dieses Küstenlandes³ werden an jenem TagTag sprechen: Siehe, so ist es mit unserer ZuversichtZuversicht , wohin wir um Hilfe flohen, um vor dem König von AssyrienAssyrien errettet zu werden! Und wie sollten wir entkommen?	6 KJV: Isa. 20,6 And the inhabitant of this isle shall say in that day, Behold, such is our expectation, whither we flee for help to be delivered from the king of Assyria: and how shall we escape?⁴

1 In dem Jahr, da der Tartan¹ nach Asdod kam, als Sargon, der König von Assyrien, ihn gesandt hatte, und er gegen Asdod kämpfte und es einnahm:

1 In the year that Tartan came unto Ashdod, (when Sargon the king of Assyria sent him,) and fought against Ashdod, and took it;

2 in dieser Zeit redete der HERR durch Jesaja, den Sohn Amoz', und sprach: Geh und löse das Sacktuch von deinen Lenden und zieh deine Sandalen von deinen Füßen. Und er tat so, ging nackt² und barfuß.

2 At the same time spake the LORD by Isaiah the son of Amoz, saying, Go and loose the sackcloth from off thy loins, and put off thy shoe from thy foot. And he did so, walking naked and barefoot.¹

3 Und der HERR sprach: Wie mein Knecht Jesaja nackt und barfuß gegangen ist, drei Jahre lang ein Zeichen und Vorbild bezüglich Ägyptens und bezüglich Äthiopiens:

3 And the LORD said, Like as my servant Isaiah hath walked naked and barefoot three years for a sign and wonder upon Egypt and upon Ethiopia;

4 so wird der König von Assyrien die Gefangenen Ägyptens und die Weggeführten Äthiopiens wegtreiben, Jünglinge und Greise, nackt und barfuß und mit entblößtem Gesäß, zur Schande Ägyptens.

4 So shall the king of Assyria lead away the Egyptians prisoners, and the Ethiopians captives, young and old, naked and barefoot, even with their buttocks uncovered, to the shame of Egypt.²³

5 Und sie werden bestürzt und beschämt sein wegen Äthiopiens, ihrer Zuversicht, und wegen Ägyptens, ihres Ruhmes.

5 And they shall be afraid and ashamed of Ethiopia their expectation, and of Egypt their glory.

6 Und die Bewohner dieses Küstenlandes³ werden an jenem Tag sprechen: Siehe, so ist es mit unserer Zuversicht, wohin wir um Hilfe flohen, um vor dem König von Assyrien errettet zu werden! Und wie sollten wir entkommen?
