1 Und du, Menschensohn, weissage gegen GogGog und sprich: So spricht der HerrHerr, HERRHERR: Siehe, ich will an dich, GogGog, FürstFürst von RoschRosch, MesechMesech und TubalTubal.1 Therefore, thou son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:
2 Und ich werde dich herumlenken und herbeiführen und dich heraufziehen lassen vom äußersten NordenNorden her und dich auf die BergeBerge IsraelsIsraels bringen.2 And I will turn thee back, and leave but the sixth part of thee, and will cause thee to come up from the north parts, and will bring thee upon the mountains of Israel:12
3 Und ich werde dir den BogenBogen aus deiner linken Hand schlagen und deine PfeilePfeile aus deiner rechten Hand werfen.3 And I will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand.
4 Auf den Bergen IsraelsIsraels wirst du fallen, du und alle deine Haufen und die Völker, die mit dir sind; den Raubvögeln allerlei Gefieders und den Tieren des Feldes habe ich dich zur Speise gegeben; 4 Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that is with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the field to be devoured.34
5 auf dem freien Feld sollst du fallen. Denn ich habe geredet, spricht der HerrHerr, HERRHERR.5 Thou shalt fall upon the open field: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord GOD.5
6 Und ich werde FeuerFeuer senden unter MagogMagog und unter die, die auf den InselnInseln1 sicher wohnen. Und sie werden wissen, dass ich der HERR bin.6 And I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles: and they shall know that I am the LORD.6
7 Und ich werde meinen heiligen NamenNamen offenbaren inmitten meines Volkes IsraelIsrael und werde meinen heiligen NamenNamen nicht mehr entweihen lassen. Und die NationenNationen werden wissen, dass ich der HERR bin, der Heilige2 in IsraelIsrael. 7 So will I make my holy name known in the midst of my people Israel; and I will not let them pollute my holy name any more: and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, the Holy One in Israel.
8 Siehe, es kommt und wird geschehen, spricht der HerrHerr, HERRHERR. Das ist der TagTag, von dem ich geredet habe.8 Behold, it is come, and it is done, saith the Lord GOD; this is the day whereof I have spoken.
9 Und die Bewohner der Städte IsraelsIsraels werden hinausgehen und werden FeuerFeuer machen und heizen mit WaffenWaffen und Tartschen und Schilden, mit BogenBogen und Pfeilen und mit Handstäben und Lanzen; und sie werden FeuerFeuer damit machen sieben JahreJahre lang. 9 And they that dwell in the cities of Israel shall go forth, and shall set on fire and burn the weapons, both the shields and the bucklers, the bows and the arrows, and the handstaves, and the spears, and they shall burn them with fire seven years:78
10 Und sie werden kein HolzHolz vom Feld holen noch aus den Wäldern hauen, sondern werden FeuerFeuer machen mit den WaffenWaffen. Und sie werden ihre RäuberRäuber berauben und ihre Plünderer plündern, spricht der HerrHerr, HERRHERR. 10 So that they shall take no wood out of the field, neither cut down any out of the forests; for they shall burn the weapons with fire: and they shall spoil those that spoiled them, and rob those that robbed them, saith the Lord GOD.
11 Und es wird geschehen an jenem TagTag, da werde ich GogGog eine GrabstätteGrabstätte geben in IsraelIsrael, das TalTal der Wanderer3 auf der Ostseite4 des MeeresMeeres; und es wird den Wanderern den Weg versperren. Und dort werden sie GogGog und seine ganze Menge begraben, und sie werden es nennen: TalTal der Menge Gogs5.11 And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will give unto Gog a place there of graves in Israel, the valley of the passengers on the east of the sea: and it shall stop the noses of the passengers: and there shall they bury Gog and all his multitude: and they shall call it The valley of Hamongog.910
12 Und das HausHaus IsraelIsrael wird sie begraben, um das Land zu reinigen, sieben MonateMonate lang.12 And seven months shall the house of Israel be burying of them, that they may cleanse the land.
13 Und das ganze Volk des Landes wird sie begraben, und es wird ihnen zum Ruhm6 sein an dem TagTag, da ich mich verherrlichen werde, spricht der HerrHerr, HERRHERR.13 Yea, all the people of the land shall bury them; and it shall be to them a renown the day that I shall be glorified, saith the Lord GOD.
14 Und sie werden Männer aussondern, die beständig im Land umherziehen, und solche, die mit den Umherziehenden die auf der Fläche des Landes Übriggebliebenen begraben, um es zu reinigen; nach Verlauf von sieben Monaten7 werden sie es durchsuchen.14 And they shall sever out men of continual employment, passing through the land to bury with the passengers those that remain upon the face of the earth, to cleanse it: after the end of seven months shall they search.11
15 Und die Umherziehenden werden im Land umherziehen; und wenn einer ein Menschengebein sieht, so wird er ein Mal daneben errichten, bis die Totengräber es im TalTal der Menge GogsGogs begraben.15 And the passengers that pass through the land, when any seeth a man's bone, then shall he set up a sign by it, till the buriers have buried it in the valley of Hamongog.12
16 Und auch der Name der8 Stadt soll Hamona9 sein. Und so werden sie das Land reinigen.16 And also the name of the city shall be Hamonah. Thus shall they cleanse the land.13
17 Und du, Menschensohn, so spricht der HerrHerr, HERRHERR: Sprich zu den Vögeln allerlei Gefieders und zu allen Tieren des Feldes: Versammelt euch und kommt, sammelt euch von allen Seiten her zu meinem SchlachtopferSchlachtopfer, das ich für euch schlachte, einem großen SchlachtopferSchlachtopfer auf den Bergen IsraelsIsraels, und fresst FleischFleisch und trinkt BlutBlut! 17 And, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord GOD; Speak unto every feathered fowl, and to every beast of the field, Assemble yourselves, and come; gather yourselves on every side to my sacrifice that I do sacrifice for you, even a great sacrifice upon the mountains of Israel, that ye may eat flesh, and drink blood.1415
18 FleischFleisch von Helden sollt ihr fressen, und BlutBlut von Fürsten der ErdeErde sollt ihr trinken: Widder, Fettschafe und Böcke und StiereStiere, in BasanBasan gemästet allesamt.18 Ye shall eat the flesh of the mighty, and drink the blood of the princes of the earth, of rams, of lambs, and of goats, of bullocks, all of them fatlings of Bashan.16
19 Und FettFett sollt ihr fressen bis zur Sättigung und BlutBlut trinken bis zur TrunkenheitTrunkenheit von meinem SchlachtopferSchlachtopfer, das ich für euch geschlachtet habe.19 And ye shall eat fat till ye be full, and drink blood till ye be drunken, of my sacrifice which I have sacrificed for you.
20 Und ihr sollt euch sättigen an meinem Tisch von Pferden und Reitern, von Helden und allerlei Kriegsleuten, spricht der HerrHerr, HERRHERR.20 Thus ye shall be filled at my table with horses and chariots, with mighty men, and with all men of war, saith the Lord GOD.
21 Und ich werde meine HerrlichkeitHerrlichkeit unter den NationenNationen erweisen10; und alle NationenNationen sollen mein GerichtGericht sehen, das ich gehalten habe, und meine Hand, die ich an sie gelegt habe.21 And I will set my glory among the heathen, and all the heathen shall see my judgment that I have executed, and my hand that I have laid upon them.
22 Und von jenem TagTag an und weiterhin wird das HausHaus IsraelIsrael wissen, dass ich, der HERR, ihr GottGott bin.22 So the house of Israel shall know that I am the LORD their God from that day and forward.
23 Und die NationenNationen werden wissen, dass das HausHaus IsraelIsrael um seiner Ungerechtigkeit willen weggeführt wurde, weil sie treulos gegen mich gewesen sind und ich mein Angesicht vor ihnen verborgen und sie in die Hand ihrer Bedränger gegeben habe, so dass sie allesamt durch das SchwertSchwert gefallen sind.23 And the heathen shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity: because they trespassed against me, therefore hid I my face from them, and gave them into the hand of their enemies: so fell they all by the sword.
24 Nach ihrer Unreinigkeit und nach ihren Übertretungen habe ich mit ihnen gehandelt, und habe mein Angesicht vor ihnen verborgen.24 According to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions have I done unto them, and hid my face from them.
25 Darum, so spricht der HerrHerr, HERRHERR: Nun werde ich die GefangenschaftGefangenschaft JakobsJakobs wenden und mich des ganzen Hauses IsraelIsrael erbarmen und werde eifern für meinen heiligen NamenNamen.25 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Now will I bring again the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel, and will be jealous for my holy name;
26 Und sie werden ihre Schmach tragen11 und all ihre Treulosigkeit, mit der sie treulos gegen mich gehandelt haben, wenn sie in ihrem Land sicher wohnen und niemand sie aufschreckt,26 After that they have borne their shame, and all their trespasses whereby they have trespassed against me, when they dwelt safely in their land, and none made them afraid.
27 wenn ich sie aus den Völkern zurückgebracht und sie aus den Ländern ihrer Feinde gesammelt und ich mich an ihnen geheiligt12 habe vor den AugenAugen der vielen NationenNationen.27 When I have brought them again from the people, and gathered them out of their enemies' lands, and am sanctified in them in the sight of many nations;
28 Und sie werden wissen, dass ich, der HERR, ihr GottGott bin, indem ich sie zu den NationenNationen weggeführt habe und sie wieder in ihr Land sammle und keinen mehr von ihnen dort übriglasse. 28 Then shall they know that I am the LORD their God, which caused them to be led into captivity among the heathen: but I have gathered them unto their own land, and have left none of them any more there.17
29 Und ich werde mein Angesicht nicht mehr vor ihnen verbergen, wenn13 ich meinen GeistGeist über das HausHaus IsraelIsrael ausgegossen habe, spricht der HerrHerr, HERRHERR.29 Neither will I hide my face any more from them: for I have poured out my spirit upon the house of Israel, saith the Lord GOD.
