2 Ja, ich² bin unvernünftiger als irgendeiner, und Menschenverstand habe ich nicht.

2 Surely I am more brutish than any man, and have not the understanding of a man.

3 Und Weisheit habe ich nicht gelernt, dass ich Erkenntnis des Heiligen³ besäße⁴.

3 I neither learned wisdom, nor have the knowledge of the holy.¹

4 Wer ist hinaufgestiegen zum Himmel und herabgefahren? Wer hat den Wind in seine Fäuste gesammelt, wer die Wasser in ein Tuch gebunden? Wer hat aufgerichtet alle Enden der Erde? Was ist sein Name, und was der Name seines Sohnes, wenn du es weißt?
