1 Und der HERR sprach zu MoseMose: Sprich zu AaronAaron: Strecke deine Hand mit deinem Stab aus über die Flüsse, über die Kanäle und über die TeicheTeiche, und lass die Frösche über das Land Ägypten heraufkommen.5 And the LORD spake unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Stretch forth thine hand with thy rod over the streams, over the rivers, and over the ponds, and cause frogs to come up upon the land of Egypt.
2 Da streckte AaronAaron seine Hand aus über die Wasser in Ägypten, und die Frösche kamen herauf und bedeckten das Land Ägypten.6 And Aaron stretched out his hand over the waters of Egypt; and the frogs came up, and covered the land of Egypt.
3 Und die Schriftgelehrten taten ebenso mit ihren Zauberkünsten und ließen die Frösche über das Land Ägypten heraufkommen. 7 And the magicians did so with their enchantments, and brought up frogs upon the land of Egypt.
4 Und der PharaoPharao rief MoseMose und AaronAaron und sprach: Fleht zu dem HERRN, dass er die Frösche von mir und von meinem Volk wegnehme, so will ich das Volk ziehen lassen, dass sie dem HERRN opfern.8 Then Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron, and said, Intreat the LORD, that he may take away the frogs from me, and from my people; and I will let the people go, that they may do sacrifice unto the LORD.
5 Und MoseMose sprach zum PharaoPharao: Bestimme über mich, auf wann ich1 für dich und für deine KnechteKnechte und für dein Volk flehen soll, die Frösche von dir und aus deinen Häusern auszurotten; nur im Strom sollen sie übrigbleiben. 9 And Moses said unto Pharaoh, Glory over me: when shall I intreat for thee, and for thy servants, and for thy people, to destroy the frogs from thee and thy houses, that they may remain in the river only?123
6 Und er sprach: Auf morgen. Da sprach er: Es sei nach deinem WortWort, damit du weißt, dass niemand ist wie der HERR, unser GottGott.10 And he said, To morrow. And he said, Be it according to thy word: that thou mayest know that there is none like unto the LORD our God.4
7 Und die Frösche werden von dir weichen und von deinen Häusern und von deinen Knechten und von deinem Volk; nur im Strom sollen sie übrigbleiben. 11 And the frogs shall depart from thee, and from thy houses, and from thy servants, and from thy people; they shall remain in the river only.
8 Und MoseMose und AaronAaron gingen von dem PharaoPharao hinaus; und MoseMose schrie zu dem HERRN wegen der Frösche, die er über den PharaoPharao gebracht hatte. 12 And Moses and Aaron went out from Pharaoh: and Moses cried unto the LORD because of the frogs which he had brought against Pharaoh.
9 Und der HERR tat nach dem WortWort MosesMoses, und die Frösche starben weg aus den Häusern, aus den Gehöften und von den Feldern.13 And the LORD did according to the word of Moses; and the frogs died out of the houses, out of the villages, and out of the fields.
10 Und sie sammelten sie haufenweise, und das Land stank.14 And they gathered them together upon heaps: and the land stank.
11 Und als der PharaoPharao sah, dass Erleichterung geworden war, da verstockte er sein HerzHerz, und er hörte nicht auf sie, so wie der HERR geredet hatte.15 But when Pharaoh saw that there was respite, he hardened his heart, and hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said.
12 Und der HERR sprach zu MoseMose: Sprich zu AaronAaron: Strecke deinen Stab aus und schlage den StaubStaub der ErdeErde, und er wird zu StechmückenStechmücken werden im ganzen Land Ägypten.16 And the LORD said unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Stretch out thy rod, and smite the dust of the land, that it may become lice throughout all the land of Egypt.
13 Und sie taten so; und AaronAaron streckte seine Hand mit seinem Stab aus und schlug den StaubStaub der ErdeErde, und die StechmückenStechmücken kamen über die Menschen und über das ViehVieh; aller StaubStaub der ErdeErde wurde zu StechmückenStechmücken im ganzen Land Ägypten.17 And they did so; for Aaron stretched out his hand with his rod, and smote the dust of the earth, and it became lice in man, and in beast; all the dust of the land became lice throughout all the land of Egypt.
14 Und die Schriftgelehrten taten ebenso mit ihren Zauberkünsten, um die StechmückenStechmücken hervorzubringen; aber sie konnten es nicht. Und die StechmückenStechmücken kamen über die Menschen und über das ViehVieh. 18 And the magicians did so with their enchantments to bring forth lice, but they could not: so there were lice upon man, and upon beast.
15 Da sprachen die Schriftgelehrten zum PharaoPharao: Das ist GottesGottes Finger! Aber das HerzHerz des PharaosPharaos verhärtete sich, und er hörte nicht auf sie, so wie der HERR geredet hatte. 19 Then the magicians said unto Pharaoh, This is the finger of God: and Pharaoh's heart was hardened, and he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said.
16 Und der HERR sprach zu MoseMose: Mach dich frühmorgens auf und tritt vor den PharaoPharao – siehe, er wird ans Wasser hinausgehen – und sprich zu ihm: So spricht der HERR: Lass mein Volk ziehen, dass sie mir dienen!20 And the LORD said unto Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh; lo, he cometh forth to the water; and say unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Let my people go, that they may serve me.
17 Denn wenn du mein Volk nicht ziehen lässt, siehe, so werde ich die HundsfliegenHundsfliegen2 senden über dich und über deine KnechteKnechte und über dein Volk und in deine Häuser; und die Häuser der Ägypter werden voll HundsfliegenHundsfliegen sein, und auch der Erdboden, auf dem sie sind. 21 Else, if thou wilt not let my people go, behold, I will send swarms of flies upon thee, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people, and into thy houses: and the houses of the Egyptians shall be full of swarms of flies, and also the ground whereon they are.5
18 Und ich werde an diesem TagTag das Land GosenGosen aussondern, in dem sich mein Volk aufhält, dass dort keine HundsfliegenHundsfliegen seien, damit du weißt, dass ich, der HERR, in der Mitte des Landes bin. 22 And I will sever in that day the land of Goshen, in which my people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there; to the end thou mayest know that I am the LORD in the midst of the earth.
19 Und ich werde eine ScheidungScheidung setzen zwischen meinem Volk und deinem Volk; morgen wird dieses ZeichenZeichen geschehen.23 And I will put a division between my people and thy people: to morrow shall this sign be.67
20 Und der HERR tat so; und es kamen HundsfliegenHundsfliegen in Menge in das HausHaus des PharaosPharaos und in die Häuser seiner KnechteKnechte; und im ganzen Land Ägypten wurde das Land von den HundsfliegenHundsfliegen verdorben.24 And the LORD did so; and there came a grievous swarm of flies into the house of Pharaoh, and into his servants' houses, and into all the land of Egypt: the land was corrupted by reason of the swarm of flies.8
21 Und der PharaoPharao rief MoseMose und AaronAaron und sprach: Geht hin und opfert eurem GottGott in dem Land.25 And Pharaoh called for Moses and for Aaron, and said, Go ye, sacrifice to your God in the land.
22 Und MoseMose sprach: Es gehört sich nicht, so zu tun; denn wir würden dem HERRN, unserem GottGott, der Ägypter GräuelGräuel opfern; siehe3, opferten wir der Ägypter GräuelGräuel vor ihren AugenAugen, würden sie uns nicht steinigen? 26 And Moses said, It is not meet so to do; for we shall sacrifice the abomination of the Egyptians to the LORD our God: lo, shall we sacrifice the abomination of the Egyptians before their eyes, and will they not stone us?
23 DreiDrei Tagereisen weit wollen wir in die WüsteWüste ziehen und dem HERRN, unserem GottGott, opfern, so wie er zu uns geredet hat.27 We will go three days' journey into the wilderness, and sacrifice to the LORD our God, as he shall command us.
24 Und der PharaoPharao sprach: Ich will euch ziehen lassen, dass ihr dem HERRN, eurem GottGott, in der WüsteWüste opfert; nur entfernt euch nicht so weit! Fleht für mich!28 And Pharaoh said, I will let you go, that ye may sacrifice to the LORD your God in the wilderness; only ye shall not go very far away: intreat for me.
25 Da sprach MoseMose: Siehe, ich gehe von dir hinaus und will zu dem HERRN flehen; und morgen werden die HundsfliegenHundsfliegen von dem PharaoPharao weichen, von seinen Knechten und von seinem Volk; nur handle der PharaoPharao weiterhin nicht betrügerisch, dass er das Volk nicht ziehen lasse, um dem HERRN zu opfern. 29 And Moses said, Behold, I go out from thee, and I will intreat the LORD that the swarms of flies may depart from Pharaoh, from his servants, and from his people, to morrow: but let not Pharaoh deal deceitfully any more in not letting the people go to sacrifice to the LORD.
26 Und MoseMose ging von dem PharaoPharao hinaus und flehte zu dem HERRN. 30 And Moses went out from Pharaoh, and intreated the LORD.
27 Und der HERR tat nach dem WortWort MosesMoses, und die HundsfliegenHundsfliegen wichen von dem PharaoPharao, von seinen Knechten und von seinem Volk; nicht eine blieb übrig. 31 And the LORD did according to the word of Moses; and he removed the swarms of flies from Pharaoh, from his servants, and from his people; there remained not one.
28 Aber der PharaoPharao verstockte sein HerzHerz auch dieses Mal und ließ das Volk nicht ziehen.32 And Pharaoh hardened his heart at this time also, neither would he let the people go.
