1 Und der HERR redete zu MoseMose und sprach:1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
2 Rede zu den KindernKindern IsraelIsrael und sprich zu ihnen: Wenn jemand ein GelübdeGelübde erfüllt1, so sollen die Seelen nach deiner Schätzung für den HERRN sein.2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for the LORD by thy estimation.
3 Und es sei deine Schätzung eines Mannes2 von 20 Jahren alt bis zu 60 Jahren alt, und zwar sei deine Schätzung 50 SekelSekel SilberSilber, nach dem SekelSekel des HeiligtumsHeiligtums; 3 And thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.
4 und wenn es eine Frau3 ist, so sei deine Schätzung 30 SekelSekel. 4 And if it be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.
5 Und wenn es von 5 Jahren alt bis zu 20 Jahren alt ist, so sei deine Schätzung einer männlichen Person4 20 SekelSekel, und einer weiblichen 10 SekelSekel; 5 And if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
6 und wenn es von einem Monat alt bis zu 5 Jahren alt ist, so sei deine Schätzung eines Knaben5 5 SekelSekel SilberSilber, und deine Schätzung eines Mädchens6 3 SekelSekel SilberSilber; 6 And if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver.
7 und wenn es von 60 Jahren alt und darüber ist, so sei deine Schätzung, wenn es ein MannMann ist, 15 SekelSekel, und einer FrauFrau 10 SekelSekel. 7 And if it be from sixty years old and above; if it be a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
8 Und wenn der Gelobende7 zu arm ist für deine Schätzung, so soll man ihn vor den PriesterPriester stellen, und der PriesterPriester soll ihn schätzen; nach Verhältnis dessen, was die Hand des Gelobenden aufbringen kann, soll der PriesterPriester ihn schätzen. 8 But if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to his ability that vowed shall the priest value him.
9 Und wenn es ein ViehVieh ist, wovon man dem HERRN eine OpfergabeOpfergabe darbringt8, so soll alles, was man dem HERRN davon9 gibt, heilig sein. 9 And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering unto the LORD, all that any man giveth of such unto the LORD shall be holy.
10 Man soll es nicht auswechseln noch vertauschen, ein Gutes um ein Schlechtes, oder ein Schlechtes um ein Gutes; und wenn man dennoch ViehVieh um ViehVieh vertauscht, so wird dasselbe heilig und das Eingetauschte heilig sein. 10 He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy.
11 Und wenn es irgendein unreines ViehVieh ist, wovon man dem HERRN keine OpfergabeOpfergabe darbringt, so soll man das ViehVieh vor den PriesterPriester stellen, 11 And if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer a sacrifice unto the LORD, then he shall present the beast before the priest:
12 und der PriesterPriester soll es schätzen, ob es gut oder schlecht sei; nach deiner, des PriestersPriesters, Schätzung, so soll es sein.12 And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as thou valuest it, who art the priest, so shall it be.1
13 Wenn man es aber lösen will, so soll man zu deiner Schätzung ein Fünftel hinzufügen. 13 But if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part thereof unto thy estimation.
14 Und wenn jemand sein HausHaus heiligt, dass es dem HERRN heilig sei, so soll es der PriesterPriester schätzen, ob es gut oder schlecht sei; so wie der PriesterPriester es schätzt, so soll es festgestellt sein.14 And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the LORD, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.
15 Und wenn der Heiligende sein HausHaus lösen will, so soll er das Fünftel des GeldesGeldes deiner Schätzung darüber hinzufügen, und es soll ihm gehören.15 And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his.
16 Und wenn jemand von dem Feld seines Eigentums dem HERRN heiligt, so soll deine Schätzung nach Verhältnis seiner Aussaat sein: 1 HomerHomer GersteGerste Aussaat zu 50 SekelSekel SilberSilber. 16 And if a man shall sanctify unto the LORD some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof: an homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.2
17 Wenn er vom JubeljahrJubeljahr an sein Feld heiligt, so soll es nach deiner Schätzung festgestellt sein;17 If he sanctify his field from the year of jubile, according to thy estimation it shall stand.
18 und wenn er nach dem Jubeljahrejahre sein Feld heiligt, so soll der PriesterPriester ihm das GeldGeld berechnen nach Verhältnis der JahreJahre, die bis zum JubeljahrJubeljahr übrig sind, und es soll von deiner Schätzung abgezogen werden. 18 But if he sanctify his field after the jubile, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the jubile, and it shall be abated from thy estimation.
19 Wenn aber der Heiligende das Feld lösen will, so soll er das Fünftel des GeldesGeldes deiner Schätzung darüber hinzufügen, und es soll ihm verbleiben.19 And if he that sanctified the field will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.
20 Und wenn er das Feld nicht löst oder wenn er das Feld einem anderen MannMann verkauft, so kann es nicht wieder gelöst werden;20 And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.
21 und das Feld soll, wenn es im JubeljahrJubeljahr frei ausgeht, dem HERRN heilig sein, wie ein verbanntes10 Feld; es soll dem PriesterPriester als Eigentum gehören.21 But the field, when it goeth out in the jubile, shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest's.
22 Und wenn er ein von ihm erkauftes Feld, das nicht zum Feld seines Eigentums gehört, dem HERRN heiligt,22 And if a man sanctify unto the LORD a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession;
23 so soll ihm der PriesterPriester den Betrag deiner Schätzung berechnen bis zum JubeljahrJubeljahr; und er soll deine Schätzung am gleichen TagTag, als ein dem HERRN HeiligesHeiliges, entrichten. 23 Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto the year of the jubile: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the LORD.
24 Im JubeljahrJubeljahr soll das Feld wieder an den kommen, von dem er es gekauft hatte, an den, dem das Land eigentümlich gehörte. 24 In the year of the jubile the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land did belong.
25 Und all deine Schätzung soll nach dem SekelSekel des HeiligtumsHeiligtums geschehen; 20 GeraGera soll der SekelSekel sein.25 And all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.
26 Nur das Erstgeborene unter dem ViehVieh, das als ErstgeburtErstgeburt dem HERRN gehörtERRN erstgeboren wird">11, das soll kein MenschMensch heiligen; sei es ein Stück Rind- oder Kleinvieh, es gehört dem HERRN.26 Only the firstling of the beasts, which should be the LORD'S firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox, or sheep: it is the LORD'S.3
27 Wenn es aber vom unreinen ViehVieh ist, so soll man es lösen nach deiner Schätzung und dessen Fünftel darüber hinzufügen; und wenn es nicht gelöst wird, so soll es verkauft werden nach deiner Schätzung.27 And if it be of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to thine estimation, and shall add a fifth part of it thereto: or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation.
28 Jedoch alles Verbannte, das jemand dem HERRN verbannt, von allem, was sein ist, es seien Menschen oder ViehVieh oder Feld seines Eigentums, soll nicht verkauft und nicht gelöst werden; alles Verbannte ist dem HERRN hochheilig.28 Notwithstanding no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto the LORD of all that he hath, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy unto the LORD.
29 Alles, was12 an Menschen verbannt wird, soll nicht gelöst werden: Es soll gewisslich getötet werden.29 None devoted, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed; but shall surely be put to death.
30 Und aller ZehnteZehnte des Landes, vom Samen des Landes, von der Frucht der Bäume, gehört dem HERRN; er ist dem HERRN heilig.30 And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD'S: it is holy unto the LORD.
31 Wenn aber jemand von seinem Zehnten lösen will, so soll er dessen Fünftel hinzufügen.31 And if a man will at all redeem ought of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof.
32 Und aller ZehnteZehnte vom Rind- und Kleinvieh, von allem, was unter dem Stab13 vorüberzieht, das ZehnteZehnte soll dem HERRN heilig sein;32 And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the LORD.
33 man soll nicht untersuchen, ob es gut oder schlecht sei, und soll es nicht vertauschen; und wenn man es dennoch vertauscht, so wird dasselbe heilig und das eingetauschte heilig sein; es soll nicht gelöst werden. 33 He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.
34 Das sind die GeboteGebote, die der HERR dem MoseMose auf dem BergBerg SinaiSinai an die KinderKinder IsraelIsrael aufgetragen hat.34 These are the commandments, which the LORD commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.
