1 Und der HERR redete zu MoseMose und sprach:1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
2 Rede zu den KindernKindern IsraelIsrael und sprich zu ihnen: Ich bin der HERR, euer GottGott.2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, I am the LORD your God.
3 Nach dem Tun des Landes Ägypten, in dem ihr gewohnt habt, sollt ihr nicht tun; und nach dem Tun des Landes KanaanKanaan, wohin ich euch bringe, sollt ihr nicht tun; und in ihren SatzungenSatzungen sollt ihr nicht wandeln.3 After the doings of the land of Egypt, wherein ye dwelt, shall ye not do: and after the doings of the land of Canaan, whither I bring you, shall ye not do: neither shall ye walk in their ordinances.
4 Meine Rechte sollt ihr tun, und meine SatzungenSatzungen sollt ihr beobachten, darin zu wandeln. Ich bin der HERR, euer GottGott. 4 Ye shall do my judgments, and keep mine ordinances, to walk therein: I am the LORD your God.
5 Und meine SatzungenSatzungen und meine Rechte sollt ihr beobachten, durch die der MenschMensch, wenn er sie tut, leben wird. Ich bin der HERR. 5 Ye shall therefore keep my statutes, and my judgments: which if a man do, he shall live in them: I am the LORD.
6 Kein MenschMensch soll sich irgendeiner seiner Blutsverwandten nahen, um ihre Blöße aufzudecken. Ich bin der HERR.6 None of you shall approach to any that is near of kin to him, to uncover their nakedness: I am the LORD.1
7 Die Blöße deines VatersVaters und die Blöße deiner MutterMutter sollst du nicht aufdecken; sie ist deine MutterMutter, du sollst ihre Blöße nicht aufdecken.7 The nakedness of thy father, or the nakedness of thy mother, shalt thou not uncover: she is thy mother; thou shalt not uncover her nakedness.
8 Die Blöße der FrauFrau deines VatersVaters sollst du nicht aufdecken; es ist die Blöße deines VatersVaters.8 The nakedness of thy father's wife shalt thou not uncover: it is thy father's nakedness.
9 Die Blöße deiner Schwester, der TochterTochter deines VatersVaters, oder der TochterTochter deiner MutterMutter, daheim geboren oder draußen geboren, – ihre Blöße sollst du nicht aufdecken.9 The nakedness of thy sister, the daughter of thy father, or daughter of thy mother, whether she be born at home, or born abroad, even their nakedness thou shalt not uncover.
10 Die Blöße der TochterTochter deines SohnesSohnes oder der TochterTochter deiner TochterTochter – ihre Blöße sollst du nicht aufdecken, denn es ist deine Blöße.10 The nakedness of thy son's daughter, or of thy daughter's daughter, even their nakedness thou shalt not uncover: for theirs is thine own nakedness.
11 Die Blöße der TochterTochter der FrauFrau deines VatersVaters, von deinem VaterVater gezeugtgezeugt, – sie ist deine Schwester, ihre Blöße sollst du nicht aufdecken.11 The nakedness of thy father's wife's daughter, begotten of thy father, she is thy sister, thou shalt not uncover her nakedness.
12 Die Blöße der Schwester deines VatersVaters sollst du nicht aufdecken; sie ist die Blutsverwandte deines VatersVaters.12 Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy father's sister: she is thy father's near kinswoman.
13 Die Blöße der Schwester deiner MutterMutter sollst du nicht aufdecken, denn sie ist die Blutsverwandte deiner MutterMutter.13 Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy mother's sister: for she is thy mother's near kinswoman.
14 Die Blöße des BrudersBruders deines VatersVaters sollst du nicht aufdecken: Zu seiner FrauFrau sollst du nicht nahen, sie ist deine Tante.14 Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy father's brother, thou shalt not approach to his wife: she is thine aunt.
15 Die Blöße deiner Schwiegertochter sollst du nicht aufdecken; sie ist die FrauFrau deines SohnesSohnes, ihre Blöße sollst du nicht aufdecken.15 Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy daughter in law: she is thy son's wife; thou shalt not uncover her nakedness.
16 Die Blöße der FrauFrau deines BrudersBruders sollst du nicht aufdecken; es ist die Blöße deines BrudersBruders.16 Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy brother's wife: it is thy brother's nakedness.
17 Die Blöße einer FrauFrau und ihrer TochterTochter sollst du nicht aufdecken; die TochterTochter ihres SohnesSohnes und die TochterTochter ihrer TochterTochter sollst du nicht nehmen, um ihre Blöße aufzudecken; sie sind Blutsverwandte: Es ist eine Schandtat.17 Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of a woman and her daughter, neither shalt thou take her son's daughter, or her daughter's daughter, to uncover her nakedness; for they are her near kinswomen: it is wickedness.
18 Und du sollst nicht eine FrauFrau zu ihrer Schwester nehmen, sie eifersüchtig zu machen, indem du ihre Blöße neben derselben aufdeckst bei ihrem LebenLeben.18 Neither shalt thou take a wife to her sister, to vex her, to uncover her nakedness, beside the other in her life time.2
19 Und einer FrauFrau in der UnreinheitUnreinheit ihrer Unreinigkeit sollst du nicht nahen, um ihre Blöße aufzudecken. 19 Also thou shalt not approach unto a woman to uncover her nakedness, as long as she is put apart for her uncleanness.
20 Und bei der FrauFrau deines Nächsten sollst du nicht liegen zur Begattung, dass du durch sie unrein wirst.20 Moreover thou shalt not lie carnally with thy neighbour's wife, to defile thyself with her.
21 Und von deinen Kindern1 sollst du nicht hingeben, um sie dem MolechMolech durch das FeuerFeuer gehen zu lassen,2 und du sollst den NamenNamen des HERRN, deines GottesGottes, nicht entweihen. Ich bin der HERR. 21 And thou shalt not let any of thy seed pass through the fire to Molech, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the LORD.3
22 Und bei einem MannMann sollst du nicht liegen, wie man bei einer FrauFrau liegt: Es ist ein GräuelGräuel.22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.
23 Und bei keinem ViehVieh sollst du liegen, so dass du dich an ihm verunreinigst; und eine FrauFrau soll sich nicht vor ein ViehVieh hinstellen, um mit ihm zu schaffen zu haben: Es ist eine schändliche Befleckung. 23 Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion.
24 Verunreinigt euch nicht durch alles dieses; denn durch alles dieses haben die NationenNationen sich verunreinigt, die ich vor euch vertreibe. 24 Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you:
25 Und das Land wurde verunreinigt, und ich suchte seine Ungerechtigkeit an ihm heim, und das Land spie seine Bewohner aus.25 And the land is defiled: therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land itself vomiteth out her inhabitants.
26 Ihr aber, ihr sollt meine SatzungenSatzungen und meine Rechte beobachten, und ihr sollt nichts tun von allen diesen Gräueln, der Einheimische und der Fremde, der sich in eurer Mitte aufhält, – 26 Ye shall therefore keep my statutes and my judgments, and shall not commit any of these abominations; neither any of your own nation, nor any stranger that sojourneth among you:
27 denn alle diese GräuelGräuel haben die Leute dieses Landes getan, die vor euch waren, und das Land ist verunreinigt worden, –27 (For all these abominations have the men of the land done, which were before you, and the land is defiled;)
28 damit das Land euch nicht ausspeie, wenn ihr es verunreinigt, so wie es die Nation ausgespieen hat, die vor euch war:28 That the land spue not you out also, when ye defile it, as it spued out the nations that were before you.
29 Denn jeder, der einen von allen diesen Gräueln tut, – die Seelen, die ihn tun, sollen ausgerottet werden aus der Mitte ihres Volkes.29 For whosoever shall commit any of these abominations, even the souls that commit them shall be cut off from among their people.
30 Und ihr sollt meine Vorschriften3 beobachten, dass ihr keine der gräulichen Bräuche übt, die vor euch geübt worden sind, und euch nicht durch dieselben verunreinigt. Ich bin der HERR, euer GottGott. 30 Therefore shall ye keep mine ordinance, that ye commit not any one of these abominable customs, which were committed before you, and that ye defile not yourselves therein: I am the LORD your God.
