2 die ihr das Gute hasst und das Böse liebt; die ihr ihnen die Haut abzieht und das Fleisch von ihren Gebeinen;

3 und die ihr das Fleisch meines Volkes fresst und ihre Haut von ihnen abstreift und ihre Gebeine zerbrecht und zerstückelt wie in einem Topf und wie Fleisch inmitten des Kessels.

6 Darum soll es euch Nacht werden, ohne Gesicht, und Finsternis werden, ohne Wahrsagung. Und die Sonne wird über den Propheten untergehen und der Tag über ihnen schwarz werden.

6 Therefore night shall be unto you, that ye shall not have a vision; and it shall be dark unto you, that ye shall not divine; and the sun shall go down over the prophets, and the day shall be dark over them.¹²

11 Seine Häupter richten um Geschenke und seine Priester lehren um Lohn, und seine Propheten wahrsagen um Geld; und sie stützen sich auf den HERRN und sagen: Ist nicht der HERR in unserer Mitte? Kein Unglück wird über uns kommen!
